What Immune Boost+ is

5,000 mg of vitamin C with zinc, selenium and 800 mg of N-acetylcysteine. Vitamin C, zinc and selenium each contribute to normal immune function, and N-acetylcysteine is a precursor to glutathione. It supports normal immune function; it is not a treatment for infection.
