How to cancel or reschedule

To cancel or reschedule a visit, contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +971 50 123 4567, or by email at care@zlongevity.ae. Please have your booking reference ready. A cancellation takes effect from the time we receive your message.

Cancelling more than 24 hours ahead

If you cancel a confirmed visit more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid.

Cancelling within 24 hours

If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation charge may apply to cover the time we have reserved for you. Any remaining balance is refunded.

After a clinician has been dispatched

If our clinician has already been dispatched or has arrived at your location, a call-out charge applies and is not refundable, even if the visit does not proceed. Any amount paid above the call-out charge is refunded.

After a service has been delivered

Once a service has been provided, it is not refundable. This is standard for completed healthcare services. Where only part of a planned service was delivered, we refund the portion that was not provided.

If we cancel

If we need to cancel or cannot complete a confirmed visit for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund of any amount paid, or we reschedule at a time that suits you — whichever you prefer.

How refunds are made

Refunds are returned to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear after we have processed it.
