Zee Longevity Home Healthcare is a home-healthcare provider in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licensed by the Dubai Health Authority ([DHA LICENCE NO. — TO BE ADDED BEFORE LAUNCH]). By booking a visit or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Booking a visit

When you request a visit through our website, by phone, or through our app, you are asking us to arrange care at a time and place you choose. A booking is a request until a member of our team confirms it. We will contact you to confirm the appointment and any details we need.

Our services

We provide doctor-at-home consultations, nursing visits, laboratory sample collection, IV and peptide therapy, physiotherapy, and related services, subject to the scope of our licence. Some services may require prior assessment, and we may decline a booking where it is not clinically appropriate or falls outside our licensed scope.

Clinical responsibility

All clinical decisions are made by licensed clinicians based on their professional judgement. Nothing on our website or app is medical advice, and information provided before a visit does not replace an assessment by a clinician. Our clinicians may recommend, adjust, or decline treatment as they judge appropriate for your safety.

Not an emergency service

Zee Longevity Home Healthcare is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 998 or go to your nearest emergency department.

Payment

Prices for our services are shared with you before your visit is confirmed. Where add-on services are recommended during a visit, they are agreed with you before they are provided, and only agreed services are charged. Payment terms are set out at the time of booking.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel or reschedule a visit. Our cancellation and refund terms are set out in full on our Cancellation & Refund Policy page.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information when you book, to be present at the address you provide at the agreed time, and to tell us of anything relevant to your safety or the safety of our clinicians. We may be unable to complete a visit, and charges may apply, if we cannot safely access the location or if the information provided was inaccurate.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, in line with our professional and licensing obligations. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Beyond that, we are not liable for outcomes arising from information you gave us that was incomplete or inaccurate, or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. The terms that apply to your visit are those in effect when you book.
