Zee Longevity Home Healthcare provides doctor-at-home and related healthcare services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licensed by the Dubai Health Authority ([DHA LICENCE NO. — TO BE ADDED BEFORE LAUNCH]). In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to Zee Longevity Home Healthcare.

When you book a visit or contact us, we collect only what we need to arrange your care: your name, phone number, email address, the location of your visit, and the details of the service you request. If you create a patient account, we also hold the records generated through your care with us.

We do not ask for clinical or symptom information through our website booking form. Any clinical information is gathered by a licensed clinician during your care and held as part of your medical record.

We use your information to arrange and deliver your visit, to confirm and follow up on bookings, to keep an accurate record of the care we provide, and to meet our obligations as a licensed healthcare provider in the UAE. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Your information is accessible only to the members of our team involved in arranging or delivering your care, and to the service providers who help us operate — for example, the systems we use to send booking confirmations or process appointments. These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law or by a competent authority.

We hold your information on secured systems and limit access to those who need it. We keep medical records for as long as required under applicable UAE healthcare regulations, and we retain other information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above.
