Frequently Asked Questions

Questions,
answered plainly.

What home healthcare in Dubai actually involves — who comes, what happens, how it works, and what we do not do. If your question isn't here, our team will answer it directly.

Care at home

What is a doctor-at-home visit?
A doctor-at-home visit is a consultation with a licensed physician at your own address, instead of at a clinic. The physician examines you, discusses your history, and can prescribe, arrange lab tests or refer onward — the same clinical work, without the journey or the waiting room.
Who comes to my home?
Every clinician who enters your home is licensed by the Dubai Health Authority — physicians, nurses and physiotherapists alike. Which of them attends depends on the service you book: a physician for a consultation, a nurse for lab collection, IV therapy or nursing care, a physiotherapist for a physiotherapy session.
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
We provide home visits across all of Dubai. That includes the tower communities — Dubai Marina, Downtown, Business Bay, JLT, JBR, DIFC — and the villa communities such as Emirates Hills, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills Estate, Jumeirah and Umm Suqeim.
How quickly can a doctor come to my home?
A clinician can be at your home within one hour of booking, anywhere in Dubai. Visits can also be scheduled for a later time that suits your household, including evenings and early mornings.
Do you see children and elderly patients at home?
Yes. Home visits suit patients of every age, and are often easiest for the two ends of it — a child who is unsettled by a clinic, or an older relative for whom the journey is the hardest part of the appointment.
Are you an emergency service?
No. Zee Longevity is not an emergency service. In an emergency call 998 for an ambulance or go to the nearest emergency department. We provide scheduled and same-day care at home, not emergency response.

Services

What services can I book at home?
Doctor visits, nurse visits, blood tests and lab collection, IV therapy, peptide therapy, physiotherapy and chronic-care follow-up are all delivered at your residence. Nutritionist consultations are provided remotely by video.
How long do blood test results take?
Results are delivered within 24 hours of collection. Samples are collected at home by trained clinical staff, processed through an accredited laboratory, and the results arrive in your app — with a physician available to talk you through them.
Is IV therapy at home safe?
A physician reviews every request before an IV is prescribed, and a DHA-licensed nurse administers it at your home. Each drip is prepared for the individual patient, diluted in 500 ml of normal saline and infused over 30 to 60 minutes, with the nurse present throughout. IV therapy is not suitable for everyone, which is why the assessment comes first.
Do I need a prescription for peptide therapy?
Yes. Peptide therapy is prescription-based and is prescribed only where clinically appropriate, following assessment by a physician and, where required, bloodwork. It is not suitable for everyone.
Can you manage a long-term condition at home?
Yes. Chronic-care follow-up is scheduled care at home for long-term conditions such as blood pressure and diabetes — the same clinical team returning on a rhythm, rather than a series of one-off appointments with whoever is available.

Booking and practicalities

How do I book a home visit?
You can book online through this site, or speak with our concierge team on +971 55 191 5878. Choose the service and a time, share your address, and we confirm the visit — a clinician can be with you within the hour.
What does a home visit cost?
Pricing depends on the service and is confirmed with you before anything is booked — nothing is charged without your agreement. Speak with our team on +971 55 191 5878 or through the booking flow for a price.
Is Zee Longevity DHA-licensed?
Yes. Zee Longevity is a DHA-licensed home healthcare provider in Dubai, and every physician, nurse and therapist attending your home is licensed by the Dubai Health Authority.
Where are my medical records kept?
Your notes, results and history are recorded in your app, available to you rather than held only by us. Care that cannot be reviewed is care that cannot be trusted.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Contact us and we will move or cancel the visit. Full cancellation and refund terms are set out on our refunds page.
